Na een start in sales en toerisme werkte Jetze vanuit drie rollen met subsidies. Hij schreef fondsaanvragen voor maatschappelijke projecten, bewaakte bij een internationale organisatie de voorwaarden en rapportages van toegekende subsidies, en adviseerde bedrijven over subsidies voor duurzaamheid en innovatie. Met die ervaring weet hij een subsidie binnen te halen én te behouden.

After starting out in sales and tourism, Jetze went on to work with grants in three different roles. He wrote funding applications for social projects, monitored the conditions and reporting of awarded grants at an international organisation, and advised companies on grants for sustainability and innovation. With that experience, he knows what it takes to secure a grant and keep it.

Ruben combineert een commerciële achtergrond met ervaring in het openbaar bestuur. Als beleidsadviseur, projectmanager en procesanalist werkte hij voor gemeenten door heel Nederland. Hij kent subsidies daardoor ook van de andere kant van de tafel: hoe beleid tot stand komt, hoe dat zich vertaalt naar een regeling en waar een beoordelaar op let. Dat perspectief neemt hij mee in elke aanvraag.

Ruben combines a commercial background with experience in public administration. As a policy advisor, project manager and process analyst, he worked for municipalities across the Netherlands. He therefore also knows grants from the other side of the table: how policy is made, how it becomes a grant scheme and what an assessor looks for. He brings that perspective to every application.
